Fall has arrived bringing cooler temperatures and beautiful shades of oranges and golds. It’s the perfect time to enjoy an autumn family outing to your local pumpkin patch. Don’t forget to pack your camera and take advantage of the fields of pumpkins as your perfect family photo op!
St. Mark United Methodist Church

The St. Market Day Fall Festival will be Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. There will be BBQ, games, live music, bounce house, and pumpkin patch. Open daily through October 31, St. Mark’s pumpkin patch is a great place to find the perfect pumpkin for your fall decorations or recipes. In addition to supporting the church’s many ministries and community outreach activities, the pumpkin patch is a great backdrop for photos of your family and friends. The pumpkins range from 50¢ to about $15. Volunteers will be there there to help you shop until about 7 p.m. each day.
3701 W. Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX
At this annual Pumpkin Patch you can find more than 2000 pumpkins of various sizes for sale. The pumpkin patch will be open October 11-31, 2015, daily from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. There will be a fall festival on Sunday, October 25 from 3-6 p.m. Children can come and collect candy at decorated cars, decorate cupcakes, play carnival games, participate in a costume parade, hear stories, enjoy yummy treats and more. Fee for doing the activities is $5.

Pumpkin Patch opens October 1, 2015. Call (512) 257-0709 for hours. There will be a Fall Festival on October 17, from 2-9 p.m., which will charge admission (last year, it was $8 in advance; $10 at the gate).
St. Richard’s Episcopal Church
1420 E. Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX
The Pumpkin Patch opens Friday, October 2, 2015. The hours of operation are weekdays from noon – 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon – 8 p.m. The Great Pumpkin Festival is a FREE event that will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2015, from 2:30-6:30 p.m. Call 512-255-5436 for more information.
